This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, device management, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to improve processes. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of IT support experience and a strong ability to solve problems efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Strong communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints and administering MDM tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration.
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle through the Console ticketing system.
• Own the day-one onboarding experience for new hires.
• Provide hands-on hardware support for devices.
• Manage user access across multiple platforms via Okta.
