Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across hardware, cloud apps, SaaS platforms, and connectivity with minimal downtime.
• Provide hands-on desktop and deskside support for executive offices, including hardware setup, software installation, and workstation troubleshooting.
