Reflection in San Francisco seeks a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer to manage operational and project duties autonomously. This role includes supporting technical IT initiatives and daily operational IT requests while working closely with executive staff.

Qualifications

• Recent experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles with executive teams.
• Able to resolve complex technical problems independently.
• Experience with both macOS and Windows systems.
• Skilled in managing user onboarding and offboarding.
• Proficient in Okta as a SSO IdP.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions is a plus.
• Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
• Strong ability to relay technical information to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational IT requests.
• Define and implement IT systems for efficiency.
• Act as on-prem IT lead at headquarters.
• Provide executive support with a focus on quality.
• Facilitate onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Assist in designing and deploying IT systems.
• Support hardware security initiatives.
• Manage SaaS platforms and budgets.
• Coordinate office buildouts with technical specifications.
