CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager for a high-growth AI infrastructure company, operating in a hybrid model in NYC with 1-3 days per week on-site.

IT Manager - High Growth AI Infrastructure CompanyLocation: Hybrid in NYC. Expectation of 1-3 days/week DOESalary: $120k - $170k + bonus DOE, unlimited PTO, RSUs, fully paid health insuranceLooking for: 5+ years of experience IT operations and service delivery. Must have experience managing MSP and IT Vendor relationships. Experience in a tech/SaaS org is highly preferred as well.
We are a publicly traded, vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns the full stack from power generation to GPU compute. While many in the space lease their infrastructure, we own our data centers, power assets, and bare-metal GPU platforms outright, giving us a cost and speed advantage that is hard to replicate at scale. We are expanding across multiple US markets and are an NVIDIA partner with next-generation hardware commitments already in place. We are building the physical layer that the next decade of AI will run on.
We're hiring a hands-on IT Operations & Service Delivery Lead to build and run the operating model for corporate IT as we scale. This is not primarily a security or GRC role. You'll sit between employees, HR, business owners, GRC, and our managed service providers, making sure IT services are owned, supported, documented, measurable, and recoverable. The ideal candidate brings strong cloud identity and endpoint management experience, hands-on Google Workspace administration, working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, and the technical depth to manage and push back on an MSP. The role is hands-on today, with a path into formal IT Operations management as we grow.
