Hadrian in Torrance, CA is seeking an IT Lead to own the health of the IT organization for west coast operations, with a focus on corporate IT and secondary support for factory IT.

You will lead a small team of Technicians, Analysts, and Systems Admins, shaping workflows, automation, and executive support. This role blends hands-on leadership with AV, security, and cross-functional collaboration across HQ and factory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with leadership experience guiding a team.
• Experience supporting executives, engineering, and business teams.
• Hands-on track record building AI chatbot workflows and ticket deflection.
• Ability to read ticket data and identify automation opportunities.
• Strong AV skills with conference rooms and event support.
• Experience running IT across HQ and manufacturing sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team day-to-day at HQ, set priorities, and clear blockers.
• Design and evolve AI chatbot workflows, integrate with Okta, M365, Box, Jira.
• Monitor ticket flow, drive automation, self-service, and new runbooks.
• Provide executive and white-glove support with fast, quiet assistance.
• Own live AV for all-hands, podcasts, events, and manage conference spaces.
• Coordinate with factory IT to ensure consistency between HQ and floor.
• Coach team members on workflows, automation, and executive support.
• Partner with Security, DevOps, Facilities, People Ops, and Production leaders.
• Manage vendor licenses and budgets; handle escalations and post-mortems.
• Hire and onboard new team members as the function scales.
