Job summary

Hadrian in Torrance, CA is seeking an IT Systems Administrator who will blend automation work, live AV production for company events, and escalated service desk tasks. The role spans writing code in PowerShell, Bash, and Python to integrate systems, while ensuring smooth conferencing for executive events and guest meetings.

You will own conference-room gear, support ITSM workflows, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams. On-site presence in Torrance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with real time as both a systems admin and an AV owner.
• Hands-on live AV production for all-hands, large team meetings, or podcasts.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Teams; GCC High experience is a plus.
• Comfort with conference room gear: Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS, and similar.
• Strong scripting or coding skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.
• Working knowledge of ITSM platforms and automation; build or tune real workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Teams environment day to day.
• Configure, document, and run GCC High Teams meetings.
• Run live AV for all-hands, large team meetings, podcasts, and events.
• Own break‑fix for conferencing rooms and room gear.
• Assist in standing up new conference rooms and coordinate with vendors.
• Write automation code to deflect manual work and integrate systems.
• Own ITSM workflows and integrations; optimize queues and forms.
