Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking an IT operations professional in Pennsylvania to manage procurement, financial administration, and project support for the IT department. You will ensure timely ordering of hardware, software and services, code invoices, and collaborate with finance to allocate IT costs back to business areas.

You will also contribute to business intelligence efforts, maintain Office 365/SharePoint sites, and support mobile initiatives while acting as a liaison between IT and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, CS, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong understanding of business process interrelationship and requirements gathering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Experience with: Network communication, database structure and data relationships, BI tools and visualizations, cloud applications and architecture, Office 365 and cloud products, mobile deployment.
• Plus: Construction Financial and Cost Accounting, Materials or Product sales and delivery, Equipment and Fleet Management, Estimating and Project Management, Enterprise applications and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: order hardware, software and services for IT, and code invoices.
• Financial administration: allocate IT costs and update allocation models.
• Project administration: assist scope, schedule, objectives and reporting.
• Business intelligence: collect requirements and develop IT dashboards.
• Office productivity suite: stay updated on Office 365 and manage SharePoint sites.
• Mobile productivity: support mobile hardware and deployment initiatives.
• User support: provide level 1 user support and training.
• General responsibilities: research tech trends and participate in projects.
