Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to join a Hybrid team in King of Prussia, PA. You will act as a key liaison between IT stakeholders and procurement teams, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle for technology purchases including contracts, SOWs, POs, and vendor coordination.

The role requires 3-5 years in IT procurement, strong contract management skills, and experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, SAP, or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Resolve discrepancies involving contracts, invoices, POs, and IT purchasing requests
• Support procurement reporting, spend analysis, and audit documentation
• Identify process gaps and partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency and compliance

One of the leading providers of environmental services and sustainable infrastructure solutions is looking for an IT Procurement Analyst to join their Hybrid team in King of Prussia, PA!

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst to serve as a key liaison between IT stakeholders and procurement teams. In this role, you will support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for technology-related purchases, including contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), vendor coordination, and procurement compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive enterprise procurement experience and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global organization.

Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or a related procurement function


• Strong experience managing contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Purchase Orders (POs) within a corporate or enterprise environment


• Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, sourcing processes, vendor contracts, and procurement governance


• Experience working across IT, procurement, legal, finance, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders


• Experience with procurement/ERP platforms such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar tools


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and quickly integrate into established procurement processes


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between IT stakeholders and divisional/global procurement teams


• Coordinate the lifecycle of contracts, SOWs, and POs, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and processed on time


• Review and facilitate SOWs and contracts in partnership with procurement, legal, finance, and vendor management teams


• Manage PO creation, approval workflows, reconciliation, and procurement documentation


• Track contract milestones, renewals, expirations, deliverables, timelines, and associated spend


• Ensure IT purchasing activities comply with established global procurement policies and governance standards


• Resolve discrepancies involving contracts, invoices, POs, and IT purchasing requests


• Support procurement reporting, spend analysis, budget tracking, and audit documentation


• Identify process gaps and partner with stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency and compliance
