Job summary

Allan Myers, Inc is seeking an IT operations professional to manage procurement, budgeting and project administration within the IT department. The role focuses on delivering timely hardware/software orders, accurate cost allocations, and governance of MI dashboards and SharePoint sites.

The candidate will collaborate with IT leadership, support end users, and help implement mobile and cloud initiatives while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with or knowledge of network concepts, databases, BI tools, cloud apps and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: order hardware, software and services for IT; cost accuracy on invoices.
• Financial administration: allocate IT costs; maintain inventory data and allocate IT budgets.
• Project administration: assist in scope, schedule and objectives; report progress.
• Business intelligence: collect requirements and develop dashboards for IT processes.
• Office Productivity: maintain Office 365 knowledge; manage SharePoint sites.
• Mobile productivity: deploy mobile hardware/software; monitor trends.
• User support: provide level 1 user support for accounts, devices and deployments.
• General responsibilities: stay updated on tech trends; participate in projects; communicate with stakeholders.
