Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience or willingness to grow in purchasing, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; comfortable working with pivot tables and data in purchasing systems.
• Ability to travel to various locations to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Executes and manages purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice resolution.
• Supports day-to-day purchasing functions, ensuring timely service to internal stakeholders.
• Maintains purchasing and spending data; assists with reporting and analysis.
• Partners with operations teams to coordinate vendors and deliveries.
• Supports procurement projects, including sourcing initiatives and contract renewals.
• Communicates with suppliers to request quotes and verify pricing.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and tracks supplier performance.
