You will work closely with department leaders, gain hands-on experience with automation tools, reporting, and project coordination, and participate in a robust training program designed to accelerate your skills.

• Building and maintaining automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual tasks
• Designing and updating reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Running and managing existing tools leveraged for department efficiencies
• Troubleshooting discrepancies and working with the department to resolve issues
• Assessing current projects for efficiency and helping determine the best tools to leverage, such as Asana
• Supporting general project management work, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and status updates
• Using AI tools to support development, troubleshooting, and process improvement
• Partnering with teams to identify manual or inefficient processes that could be automated
