Job summary

Santikos is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of its enterprise technology, including infrastructure, networking, cloud, and end-user support across corporate offices and theaters. The role leads the IT team, drives reliability and continuous improvement, and coordinates website, mobile app, kiosks, and vendor activities with Marketing and security partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• 7+ years progressive IT experience including infrastructure, systems, network, cloud or IT operations.
• 2+ years of direct people-management or tech-team leadership experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Cisco, Meraki, ITIL, CompTIA or project management preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments (identity, compute, storage, networking, monitoring).
• Experience supporting multi-site or distributed technology environments (retail/hospitality/entertainment a plus).
• Strong enterprise networking experience (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and vendor management.
• Experience leading infrastructure projects and IT service management disciplines (incident/change/disaster recovery).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals, logging/monitoring, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for infrastructure, networking, cloud, and end-user support across corporate and theater locations.
• Coach, develop, and prioritize work for the IT support team; manage escalations and performance.
• Provide operational oversight for Azure, M365, security, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate incidents, backups, DR, and business continuity planning; drive reliability improvements.
• Oversee vendor contracts, service levels, and project delivery; partner with Marketing and security teams.
• Drive automation, reduce technical debt, and balance operational priorities with business needs.
