• Experience supporting a growing, multi-location insurance brokerage environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT department operations, ensuring timely and effective technology support.
• Oversee IT support processes, ticket management, prioritization, escalation, and service delivery standards.
• Administer, maintain, and monitor hardware, software, networks, and business applications.
• Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, and technology projects with leadership and vendors.
• Serve as liaison for MSPs, telecom vendors, and other technology partners.
• Ensure proper documentation and SOPs to support business continuity.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, acquisitions, and office transitions by coordinating tech resources.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with the CISO to support cybersecurity initiatives and technology standards.
• Supervise the Systems Specialist and report to the CISO.
