Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud apps.
• Knowledge of identity and security best practices (MFA, access controls).
• Experience with end-user devices (Windows/Mac/mobile) and basic networking.
• ITIL exposure and service-management familiarity.
• Bilingual French/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and handle escalations from Level 1.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and settings across cloud apps.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, email, Teams, file services, and device mgmt.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding using Rippling and automated workflows.
• Maintain device standards, security settings, and compliance.
• Support networks, printers, and other office tech; monitor system health.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base; participate in IT projects.
• Provide occasional off-hours support or on-call as needed.
