Job summary

Piedmont HealthCare, PA is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to provide frontline support for PHC hardware and software. You will document incidents, guide users, and help maintain secure, compliant IT services across PHC offices in Statesville and Mooresville with regular on-site work.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification or higher technical/healthcare degree preferred.
• Significant and relevant IT operations experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Able to deploy and administer IT operations hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and service to PHC hardware and software users.
• Document incidents and notes in the ticketing system.
• Communicate incident details daily to customers.
• Perform hands-on fixes at desktop level and configure systems.
• Assist in security, backups, and system hardening activities.
• Coordinate and train end users on best practices and tools.
• Ensure service level agreements for incidents/requests are met.
