Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide desk and incident support; document incidents in the ticketing system.
• Communicate incident updates to users daily and provide clear guidance.
• Perform hands-on fixes at desktop level including software installs and hardware upgrades.
• Coordinate system reconfigurations based on usage trends and security needs.
• Support secure destruction of computing assets per policy.
