Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in enterprise server systems management and operations.
• Experience with high availability and security design.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to other engineers and analysts within the team.
• Develop and document processes for security, high availability, for system management, application content management, and performance monitoring.
• Individual is responsible for performance management and reporting on all enterprise-wide servers.
• Provide support for Infrastructure projects and personnel.
• Server patch management including maintenance and upgrades.
• Server and file backup and recovery.
