You will design and implement monitoring, identify root causes, and drive process improvements while mentoring peers. The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with an evening shift, emphasizing reliability and collaboration with technical teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of related experience required.
• Minimum 6+ years in a technical role supporting networks or infrastructure.
• Experience installing and configuring complex network ecosystems.
• CCNA/MCSE/ITIL/CompTIA Network certs preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Service Desk Manager and NOC Lead to maintain network availability.
• Design, install, test, configure and administer monitoring for networks and apps.
• Identify key performance metrics and support NMS platforms.
• Troubleshoot network, infrastructure, server, or application issues and implement fixes.
• Document procedures, seek process improvements, and mentor peers.
