Brown University Health is seeking an IT Support professional to provide hardware, software, and LAN support across the organization. You will act as a technical resource, install and troubleshoot devices, and assist customers daily in a fast-paced health system environment.

The role requires collaboration with IT teams, on-call coverage, and adherence to security policies. A two-year IT-related background and hands-on hardware experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or equivalent with coursework.
• Two years' experience configuring client computers and installing/testing software.
• Experience with PCs, monitors, peripherals, wireless/wired networks, and modern Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Participates in implementing computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Supports complex system installations at OS and rollout levels.
• Troubleshoots OS, hardware, software and e-communications compatibility; documents recurring issues.
• Provides on-call coverage after hours; may include weekends and holidays.
