Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with senior leadership (VP-level or equivalent)
• Experience leading IT in a high-growth manufacturing, hardware, or industrial company
• Deep experience with IT controls and compliant environments (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Executive-level cybersecurity and risk management
• Proven ability to attract, build, and retain top IT talent
• Strong vendor, budget, and strategic planning capabilities

Responsibilities

• Set and execute enterprise IT strategy and multi-year roadmap across infrastructure, platforms, cybersecurity, and IT GRC
• Lead and develop IT organization across four sites through three directors
• Build a lean, audit-ready IT function delivering reliable service at scale
• Own IT controls and governance aligned with SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST requirements
• Sponsor relationships with external auditors and readiness advisors
• Oversee enterprise cybersecurity program and incident governance
• Scale IT for high-growth manufacturing with IT/OT considerations
• Direct enterprise platform and integration portfolio (ERP, PLM, MES)
• Build AI foundations to enable company-wide AI adoption in IT and beyond
• Manage operating and capital budgets, vendor strategy, and licensing
• Provide executive- and board-quality reporting on IT strategy and health
