• Utilize IT tools and software, especially Excel and Word for tech documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule tech meetings, appointments, and candidate interviews.
• Collaborate with Project department to ensure seamless tech operations and effective communication.
• Act as a Jr. Tech manager to ensure efficient tech coaching, management, and conflict resolution.
• Prioritize and assign resources to optimize technician schedules and meet goals.
• Use dispatching systems to assign technicians based on service needs and location.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
