Description:

A Field Operations Coordinator is expected to provide administrative support between Field Service Operations and other departments at Essintial Enterprise Solutions. The ideal candidate should excel in organization, communication, and adaptability. A background in computer hardware or IT technician experience, especially in IT infrastructure, cabling, or networking, is a plus but not required. Field resource management a plus. Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office is essential, alongside the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced IT environment. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone eager to learn. We provide hands-on training and mentorship for candidates who are motivated and dependable, even without prior experience. Flexibility in working hours during peak times is also a key requirement. This is not remote; this is an onsite position with your team, dress code business casual.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates in cabling project roles.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, additional background with administration experience a plus
• Background with IT services and computer science education not required but a plus
• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and ability to dress in business casual
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple departments and field technicians
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
