You will provide IT support across facilities, manage Active Directory users, set up network devices, and handle equipment lifecycle tasks. Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years IT education or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of computing hardware, networking, and email systems.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasional overnight as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone, remote desktop, and onsite support.
• Open work orders, document issues, and resolve problems promptly.
• Install network cabling, routers, switches, and printers.
• Set up wireless devices and security cameras; manage Active Directory users.
• Maintain user accounts, email, and security settings; assist with upgrades.
• Travel to facilities when remote access isn’t available.
