Job summary

Audax Group seeks an IT Operations CO-OP in Boston to serve as the first contact for daily IT tasks, helping identify root causes, resolve issues, and monitor service requests.

You will assist with deploying and supporting client technology assets, and work in a fast-paced IT team in an in-office setting. The role requires current enrollment in a BS/BA program and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking with ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Answer service requests in a timely manner and set expectations for resolution times.
• Provide high-quality customer service by upholding standards.
• Assist in deployment, maintenance, and tracking of client technology assets (desktops, laptops, phones, mobile devices, printers).
• Perform adds/moves/changes and relocation of IT assets during office moves.
• Serve as first point of contact for customer-facing IT support (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, OS, apps, printers, networking, remote access, telephony).
