Audax Group is seeking a hands-on IT Operations CO-OP in New York for Jan–June 2027. You will act as the first IT contact, assisting with daily operational tasks, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution of technology support requests while maintaining professional customer interactions.
Responsibilities include handling service requests, deploying and tracking assets, and supporting users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, OS, apps, printers, and networking.

CO-OP/Intern Cycle: January - June 2027
Anticipated Start & End Date: January 4, 2027 - June 25, 2027 (flexible based on school requirements)

Office Requirements: 5 days in office

The primary role of the IT Operations CO-OP is to act as the first point of contact in IT for daily operational tasks. In this role, you may be asked to assist with identifying root causes, resolving, and monitoring all technology support requests in a timely, effective, and personable manner.
No regular travel is required for this role.
For New York: The hourly range for this position is $28.00-$30.00. The hourly range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
