Atlas Technica seeks a remote IT support specialist to join our managed services team. You will assist users across multiple clients via a shared inbound queue, handling a broad range of technical issues and documenting solutions

Qualifications

• 2 years of IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and the Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD).
• Understanding of networking, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and endpoint threat management.
• Financial industry experience with market vendor applications like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, FactSet, and CapIQ.
• Significant experience in an MSP environment, particularly with ConnectWise.
• Exposure to cloud workloads in Azure or AWS and cybersecurity solutions like CrowdStrike or Carbon Black.
