Eaton's Corporate Sector division seeks an IT Operations Business Relationship Manager to lead IT partnerships with CPS divisional leadership in the United States. The role focuses on day-to-day IT relationships, ERP/ MES execution, and operational improvements across CPS operations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT/business roles, SAP/ERP experience, and the ability to coordinate with global IT teams to deliver CPS initiatives. On-site roles across multiple U.S. locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years IT and business experience; 2 years in plant/operations IT; hands-on ERP (SAP), MES, and MES in industrial environment.
• ERP (SAP), MES, manufacturing IT, end-user support, and shop-floor systems experience.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day IT relationship with ESS CPS divisional leadership.
• Be the IT face for CPS operations and engineering leaders.
• Drive divisional IT execution including ERP, infrastructure, and platforms.
• Triage and resolve operational IT issues impacting CPS delivery.
• Translate divisional priorities into IT demand for the ESS Group BRM portfolio.
• Partner with global IT delivery teams on CPS rollouts and improvements.
• Build deep operational understanding of the CPS business.
• Be accountable for IT outcomes across ESS CPS operations.
