Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years IT and business experience, including 2 years in plant/operations IT.
• ERP (SAP), MES, and manufacturing IT experience in an industrial environment.
• US work authorization; no relocation package.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day IT relationship with ESS CPS divisional leadership.
• Be the IT face for CPS operations and engineering leaders.
• Drive divisional IT execution—ERP, infrastructure, and operational platforms.
• Triage and resolve operational IT issues impacting CPS delivery.
• Translate divisional priorities into IT demand and feed into the ESS Group BRM portfolio.
• Partner with global IT delivery teams on CPS rollouts and improvements.
• Build deep operational understanding of the CPS business.
• Be accountable for IT outcomes across ESS CPS operations.
