Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking an Operational IT BRM to partner with PCS US/Canada plant leadership, driving digital transformation and operational excellence. The role requires translating strategy into measurable IT outcomes, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma to improve shop-floor stability and data-driven decision making across multiple plants in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 10+ years IT/digital/operational experience
• Experience leading large cross-region initiatives with measurable business impact
• Hands-on ERP/MES/ manufacturing IT experience in industrial settings
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT outcomes accountability for PCS US/Canada operations across multiple business processes.
• Improve productivity, quality, reliability, and customer experience through IT investments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and CI to digital workflows and plant IT sourcing.
• Maintain data integrity and digital thread across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and service systems.
• Drive IT execution across ERP, MES, shop-floor tech, cybersecurity and OT environments.
• Identify and resolve IT issues impacting plant performance and operations.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers, SIS, and finance on investments and ROI planning.
• Develop and defend CARs, funding requests and budget management for investments.
• Prioritize business demand into PCS portfolio roadmaps aligning with strategic goals.
• Coordinate with architects and delivery teams to ensure solution stability and adoption.
• Support plant implementations and digital transformation across PCS footprint.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and data governance.
