Job summary

Eaton is seeking an IT Operations BRM in Raleigh, NC to manage the IT relationship with CPS divisional leadership and drive ERP/MES initiatives. You will partner with global IT teams to deliver IT services and improvements across CPS operations.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/Business and 7+ years in IT with SAP ERP/MES exposure. Eligible for a variable incentive program; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years IT and business experience, including two years supporting plant or operations IT.
• Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP), MES, and manufacturing execution systems in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day IT relationship with ESS CPS divisional leadership.
• Be the IT face for CPS operations and engineering leaders.
• Drive divisional IT execution - ERP, infrastructure, and operational platforms.
• Triage and resolve operational IT issues impacting CPS delivery.
• Translate divisional priorities into IT demand and feed into the ESS Group BRM portfolio.
• Partner with global IT delivery teams on CPS rollouts and improvements.
• Build deep operational understanding of the CPS business.
• Be accountable for IT outcomes across ESS CPS operations.
