Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Ten years of IT, digital, or operational experience with senior accountability for large-scale initiatives (2+ years in plant/operations IT).
• Hands-on ERP/MES experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Beachwood OH or Moon Township PA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accountability for IT outcomes supporting PCS US/Canada operations across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, commercial, and service functions.
• Drive IT investments and solutions to improve productivity, quality, reliability, customer experience, and business performance.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to digital workflows and processes with hands-on plant exposure.
• Maintain digital thread integrity across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and service systems for visibility and decision-making.
• Lead ERP, MES, shop-floor technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user computing, and OT environments to meet business objectives.
