Job summary

You will own incident response, partner with Security, manage a distributed team, and drive processes that reduce manual work while keeping security and compliance at the center. This is an opportunity to shape an early-stage function in a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of IT experience with team leadership.
• Proven track record building process automation, AI integrations, or workflow tools.
• Hands-on experience across employee tech environments (Mac, Microsoft tools, Okta, endpoints, SaaS).
• Strong prioritization and decision-making under pressure.
• Solid understanding of security and compliance fundamentals (patching, access controls, data protection).
• Independent problem solver who can improve systems beyond individual tickets.
• Clear communication with technical teams, staff, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across devices, apps, identity and workplace tech.
• Build automation and workflows to replace manual tasks and improve onboarding/offboarding.
• Set priorities and deliver outcomes aligned to impact.
• Manage incidents and escalations, communicating with stakeholders and addressing root causes.
• Partner with Security on patching, access controls, and data protection practices.
• Develop the IT team through coaching and growth opportunities across locations.
• Create scalable processes and practical operating practices for reliability.
