Job summary

Brain Co. in San Francisco is hiring an IT Engineer to manage office IT and workplace operations. You will keep the SF office running, handle AV/conferencing, network gear, devices, and vendor relationships, and ensure a smooth daily experience for the team.

You’ll act as the first IT responder for SF staff, triaging hardware and software issues, provisioning devices, and coordinating with the Security & IT teams. The role offers independent ownership and growth as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations for SF office: AV and conferencing systems, corporate network, office equipment, supplies, and the vendors behind them.
• Be the first stop for IT help for SF-based employees: triage hardware and software issues, manage devices from setup to retirement, and keep people productive.
• Run onboarding and offboarding end to end. Coordinate with People/HR on timing and set up and remove systems access.
