Job summary

Insight Global is hiring an IT Support Engineer II for an onsite role in New York, NY to support end users, maintain workplace technology, and manage onboarding/offboarding. The position runs 9-5 with flexibility if needed for a 6-month contract, paying $30 per hour.

You will work with Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Atlassian tools, supporting MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, including executive support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support, help desk, or IT operations experience.
• Strong A/V and conference room technology experience.
• Experience with Jamf or other MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of Okta or other identity management platforms.
• Experience with automation tools and workflow creation.
• Strong MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android support skills.
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Jira/Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot conference room A/V technology.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset tracking.
• Support MDM platforms (Jamf or similar).
• Build and maintain IT automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Okta Workflows.
• Provide high-touch support to executives and internal employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document processes and improve support operations.
