Robust Law Firm is seeking an experienced IT and Training Support Specialist to handle technical challenges and serve as a trusted resource for clients. The role reports to the Firm Administrator and delivers IT user-level support across the firm.

Responsibilities include complex technical support, training on operating procedures, and guidance on business systems and tools for all staff, including legal assistants, paralegals, attorneys, and admin personnel.

Robust Law Firm is seeking an experienced IT and Training Support Specialist ready to take on technical challenges and become a trusted resource for clients. This position is an IT user-level support position reporting to the Firm Administrator. This position provides complex technical support, job skills, and training on operating procedures and business systems/tools support for all employees of the firm. The positions supported include, but are not necessarily limited to, legal assistants, paralegals, attorneys, business administration staff, and any other positions requiring the knowledge and use of the firm's business systems and processes. Systems supported include, but are not necessarily limited to, word processing, timekeeping, billing, email, and practice management. Practice management includes, but is not necessarily limited to, capabilities such as calendaring, conflict checking, contact management, and document management.
