Qualifications

• Minimum four years IT experience in support or sysadmin roles.
• Experience with Active Directory, 365 Admin Center, Entra, Autopilot, and Intune preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support for hardware and software.
• Set up workstations and training for new employees.
• Manage software licenses and endpoint patching.
• Assist with document management systems and eDiscovery.
• Support training on Microsoft Office, NetDocuments, ShareFile, and other tools.
• Coordinate with vendors for software training and upgrades.
• Ensure backup/recovery and disaster recovery planning.
