Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide direct technical support to attorneys and staff. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, document resolutions, and escalate as needed while maintaining high client service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT and at least two years of related experience; familiarity with legal applications like iManage, ChangePro, and Litera is preferred. This is an on-site position in a law firm environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field; equivalent training may substitute.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Experience with legal software (iManage, ChangePro, Litera) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolves incoming requests for technical problems with hardware, software, and networking.
• Documents resolutions and escalates as needed within ticketing system.
• Monitors support activity and tracks trends for improvement.
• Provides 24x7 on-call technical support as required.
