Qualifications

• 8+ years total IT ops or financial institution experience.
• Fluent computer skills in Windows; Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily core systems operations and provide admin support.
• Coordinate installations, upgrades and vendor communications.
• Test interfaces, manage backups, and prepare reports for vendors/systems.
• Assist disaster recovery planning and on-call support.
• Lead troubleshooting and escalation for core systems issues.
• Maintain PCI compliance and data security practices.
