Job summary

Veridian Credit Union in Ankeny, IA is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to oversee daily core systems operations and provide admin support. You will act as the technical support for Veridian core systems, coordinate installations, upgrades, and software updates, and liaise with vendors and internal teams.

This full-time, exempt role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in Cedar Falls or Des Moines locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant IT experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with core systems.
• Veteran or financial institution IT operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments for interface testing and installations.
• Serve as escalation resource for core operations issues and coordinate communication.
• Create reports and data packages for updates to vendors and systems.
• Perform core systems upgrades and configure webserver infrastructure.
• Coordinate IT disaster recovery preparation and planning.
• Provide support to Core system users as needed.
