Job summary

Westmark Enterprises - Dubuque, IA is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our IT department to set up new products, configure integrations, and tailor solutions to customer needs in the early adoption phase.

You will provide training, documentation, and support to customers, helping transition them to the appropriate technical teams as projects mature. An associate degree or related experience is required; strong customer service and IT basics are expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or tech school; OR six months to a year related experience/trainings; or a combination of both.
• Excellent customer service experience and communication abilities.
• Someone who has the technical IT background to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup of new products, such as setting up LTI integrations and configuring to the customer’s preference.
• Provide customer support during the early implementation process, transitioning them to the Tech Support team.
• Create documentation for new products and host training sessions and webinars via Zoom.
