Job summary

Westmark Enterprises - Dubuque, IA is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our IT department to set up new products, configure integrations, and tailor solutions to customer needs in the early adoption phase.

You will provide training, documentation, and support to customers, helping transition them to the appropriate technical teams as projects mature. An associate degree or related experience is required; strong customer service and IT basics are expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or tech school; OR six months to a year related experience/trainings; or a combination of both.
• Excellent customer service experience and communication abilities.
• Someone who has the technical IT background to be successful in this position.

As an Onboarding Specialist you will provide setup, training, and support for our new customers that are just beginning to use our digital products. This position will work in our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.

What Does An Onboarding Specialist Do?
