Job summary
CMG Home Loans is looking for IT Support Desk Technicians specializing in onboarding to join our IT team. This role focuses on providing outstanding customer service and technical support for new hire onboarding, account provisioning, and daily help desk operations.
Ideal candidates have a minimum of three years in enterprise desktop support, strong communication skills, and a background in mortgage banking is preferred. The role requires work during Pacific Time hours.
