Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college/tech school or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related experience or trainings.
• Strong customer service experience and communication abilities.
• IT background to be successful in onboarding and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of new products, including LTI integrations and customization.
• Provide customer support during early implementation and transition to Tech Support.
• Perform quality assurance and testing on new browsers/OS releases.
• Create documentation for new products and host training sessions/webinars.
