Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or tech school.
• Customer service experience and strong communication abilities.
• Technical IT background to support onboarding tasks and troubleshooting.
• Eagerness to help solve problems and apply logical thinking to practical issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up new products and configure integrations and customize to customer needs.
• Provide onboarding support during early implementation and transition to support teams.
• Perform QA and testing on new browsers/OS versions.
• Create product documentation and host training sessions via Zoom.
