Job summary

Westmark Enterprises/Kendall Hunt Publishing is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in our IT Department at the Dubuque home office. You will provide setup, training, and support for new customers beginning to use our digital products, including configuring LTI integrations and tailoring to customer preferences.

You will host training sessions and webinars via Zoom, create product documentation, and help transition customers from onboarding to tech support.

Qualifications

• Must hold an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or tech school; OR six months to a year related experience/trainings; or a combination of both.
• Excellent customer service experience and communication abilities
• Technical IT background to be successful in this position, given the knowledge needed

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup of new products, such as setting up LTI integrations and configuring to the customer's preference
• Provide customer support during the early implementation process and transition to Tech Support
• Create documentation for new products and host training sessions and webinars via Zoom
