Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Casino Technologies.
• Experience with ticketing software such as Service Now.
• Familiarity with POS devices.
• Knowledge of incident handling techniques and processes.
• Ability to monitor and analyze IT systems for issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor LV IT Operations ticketing queue and prioritize issues.
• Serve as SME on casino operating systems.
• Conduct server and security audits, backups, and recovery planning.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate schedules and deployments.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and adhere to standards.
