Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with network staff to ensure reliable operation of software and systems.
• Define business requirements and systems goals with stakeholders.
• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to systems.
• Conduct research to justify recommendations and support purchasing.
• Lead disaster recovery and backup procedures in line with DR/BC strategies.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and liaise with vendors for resolution.
