Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Property Technology Operations Engineer to troubleshoot software and hardware, support on-site systems, and resolve complex network issues affecting end-user devices and IP networks.

You will handle ServiceNow tickets, contribute to incident investigations, plan for events, and lead or support projects that ensure technology operates smoothly for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or closely related discipline.
• At least three years of progressive cross-domain technical support experience across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user devices, network, Wi-Fi, mobile devices, and applications; escalate incidents as needed.
• Perform network troubleshooting and assist with hardware setup and maintenance.
• Plan site surveys and deployments for events; define requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee hardware procurement and distribution to employees; ensure timely deployment.
• Participate in Major Incident and Problem investigations; triage and communicate real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to projects; provide guidance for successful outcomes.
