Job summary

Luckie & Co. is seeking a dynamic Information Technology Manager to lead IT services across our offices. You will manage on‑prem and cloud infrastructure, security, and vendor relationships while supporting a small team of IT professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar and 5+ years supporting 50+ users in a mixed Mac/Windows environment. Expect hybrid work with three days in the office and ongoing collaboration with executives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and hands-on IT management experience.
• Ability to plan projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with executives.
• Strong communication skills across teams and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-premise server, storage, and network hardware maintenance and upgrades.
• Oversee help desk, security compliance (SOC 2 Type 2), and vendor contracts.
• Support development environments (AWS, CI/CD, GitHub, Docker) and ensure production readiness.
• Manage IT budget, licenses, asset tracking, and procurement.
• Coordinate security, access management, and disaster recovery planning across offices.
