Job summary

ADEETA Corporate Staffing, LLC client in Kenner, LA is seeking an IT Manager to provide technical assistance for internal staff and client users, covering infrastructure, networks, servers and mobile devices.

On-site, Monday–Friday with very limited travel. Salary is up to $95K based on experience. The role will involve on-site client support, user training, escalations, inventory management, and administering MS Office 365 apps and emails, with all activities logged in the ticketing system.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of helpdesk support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and Server.
• Experience with Mac OS X.
• Proficiency in VPNs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms.

Job description

We are working with a fantastic, locally owned company (building industry) to help them source a new IT Manager! This position will serve a pivotal role by offering technical assistance for both internal staff as well as client users; and that includes covering infrastructure, networks, servers and mobile devices.

Primary Responsibilities

• providing on-site support to clients
• train new users
• handle escalations from the helpdesk team
• maintain accurate inventory of all software and hardware
• manage MS Office 365 apps and emails
• record all activities in the ticketing system

Ideal candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, work well with different types of people, be self motivated, and have strong problem solving skills.
